Q: I’ve changed my mind — can I return the product?

A: Yes, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund.

Please ensure the product is securely and safely packaged before returning it. Email us at customerservice@hifiman.com for return instructions and refund details. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–7 working days from the date we receive your return for processing and refund issuance.

Note:
If you've purchased through our Trade-Up Programme (although returns are rare), you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. An 8% restocking fee may apply if the product has been unboxed. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the return of your original headphones; however, we may be able to provide a replacement of similar condition.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@hifiman.com. We’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.

Please ensure the product is returned in like-new condition with original packaging. If the item is not returned in this condition, an 8% restocking fee will apply.

Allow 3–10 working days for return processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Important: We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Q: Can I return or exchange customised products?

A: Unfortunately, customised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the error is on our part.

Q: What is the replacement process?

A: If your product was purchased from HIFIMAN or an authorised dealer and is still under warranty, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Please forward your payment receipt or order confirmation to customerservice@hifiman.com as proof of purchase.
  • Our Support Team will assist you with the replacement procedure.

If your product is out of warranty, we’re unable to offer free repairs. However, if you require a replacement, please contact us at customerservice@hifiman.com for further details and options.
