From a music standpoint, these headphones are the best I've ever bought. Warm sound, great bass, clear tones. The feel in my hands is luxurious. The only thing that bothers me is that the right earbud disconnects after a short while by itself, even if I'm talking on the phone via Bluetooth, so I always have to use the left one, which is slowly annoying. Also, they can be connected to the phone even when they're in the box, i.e. not in my ears, and when I receive a call, they automatically connect and I have to manually select another source on the phone. That would be nice if they could be further improved.

First of all online buy, information, dispatch and delivery all was fine and straight forward.
The earphones are top in quality, perfectly packed with a lot of rubber adaptors and match very good inside my ears. Unwanted switch between modes and play/pause happens regularly when taking out of the box and plugging into ears, which is same as for all other brands.
High and mid frequency are perfect clear, smooth and balanced - somehow electro-/magnetostatic like. Low ends to me somewhat ‚light‘ especially if some basic noise is around.
I did use it with roon arc transfer that allows for plug-in predefined frequency modification (individually matched for a lot of different earphones) and the few available for this hifiman Svanar work great an give even improved listening to my personal impression, may in low frequencies most.
Overall to me a great buy of a very fair priced top hifi item.
